🏪 Step 1. Create Your Store
Once you’re inside the system, click “Add shop” button.
Fill in the basic settings:
- Store name — how your store will appear in Telegram.
- Description — short welcome text your customers will see when they open your bot.
- Logo — upload a square image (recommended size: 600×600 px).
🌍 Step 2. Set Language and Currency
- Store language defines the interface language of your Telegram mini app. Choose the language your customers will use.
- Currency — select the currency in which you’ll accept payments (USD, EUR, ILS, RUB).
🛒 Step 3. Choose Product Type
Botami supports three store types:
- Physical goods — clothing, accessories, gadgets, cosmetics, and more.
- Digital products — keys, access codes, subscriptions, or credentials. After payment, the buyer instantly receives the digital content or link.
- Services — perfect for barbershops, beauty masters, fitness trainers, photographers, consultants, and other professionals who accept time-based bookings.
🤖 Step 4. Connect Your Telegram Bot
To make your store work inside Telegram, you need to connect a bot token.
You can get it from BotFather:
- Open Telegram and find @BotFather.
- Send the command /newbot.
- Enter a name and username (for example, myshop_bot).
- BotFather will send you an API Token — copy it and paste it into the Telegram Token field in your Botami store settings.
💳 Step 5. Set Up Payment Methods
Choose how your customers will pay for their orders:
- Pay in Store — the customer places an order and pays later in your physical store.
- Pay on Delivery — payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.
- PayPal / Bank Cards — customers can pay online through PayPal using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or any other supported cards in their region.
