1. Using Botami
You must follow any policies made available to you within the Services. Don’t misuse our Services — do not interfere with our platform or try to access data using methods other than those we provide.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for all activity that happens on your account. Keep your password safe. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.
4. Content
You retain ownership of any content you upload to Botami. By using the service, you grant us a license to host, display, and process your content as needed to provide the service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or use the service in a harmful way.
6. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
7. Prohibited Substances and Legal Responsibility
- Each user is solely responsible for ensuring that all goods, services, and content offered through their Telegram shop comply with applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to, regulations concerning controlled substances, pharmaceuticals, tobacco, alcohol, weapons, counterfeit goods, and adult content.
- The sale, promotion, or distribution of any illegal or controlled substances — including marijuana, cannabis, THC products, narcotics, or similar items — is strictly prohibited on the Botami platform, except where such activity is explicitly permitted by local law and backed by valid business authorization.
- Botami acts solely as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) provider enabling users to create and manage Telegram-based online shops. Botami does not participate in, monitor, or endorse user transactions and cannot verify the legality of items offered by users.
- Users are solely responsible for determining the legality of their activities and must ensure that access to their shop is limited to regions where such products or services are lawful.
- Botami reserves the right to suspend or delete any shop or account offering or promoting illegal or regulated substances, regardless of jurisdiction, without prior notice and without liability.
- Under no circumstances shall Botami, its owners, or affiliates be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from a user’s violation of applicable laws, including those related to controlled substances. Botami may cooperate with law enforcement authorities or comply with legal obligations upon receiving valid legal requests.
- Users who engage in the sale or promotion of controlled or illegal substances without proper authorization may be reported to relevant authorities.
8. Interface and Design Updates
Botami continuously improves and updates its platform, including the visual design, user interface, and user experience of Telegram mini-apps and related services. Such updates may include, but are not limited to, changes in layout, colors, buttons, navigation, or overall appearance.
Botami is under no obligation to notify users or merchants in advance of any interface, design, or feature changes. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that the visual presentation of your Telegram shop or mini-app may change at any time without prior notice.
Botami shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages, loss of sales, user confusion, or other consequences resulting from such interface or design modifications.
